Because our products are digital and are made available electronically after purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the product, or purchasing the wrong product after access has been provided.

However, this policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, misleading, or does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply. Businesses cannot use a refund policy to remove consumer guarantee rights, and blanket “no refund” wording can be misleading under Australian law.
